Stokesia 'Blue Danube' is beginning to bloom here in NC, and oh what a beautiful show! Stokesia attracts bees, butterflies, hummingbirds and a variety of other pollinators. It is reportedly deer-resistant, which I will be testing this year. The rabbits do not bother it.
